What will I be doing:
- Designing and building scalable systems that serve millions of users and financial partners
- Contributing to architecture decisions and shaping the technical roadmap
- Owning product outcomes, not just code, with a strong focus on user impact
- Collaborating with Product, Design, and Operations to deliver meaningful solutions
- Mentoring junior engineers and raising the bar for engineering excellence
- Improving engineering processes and influencing best practices across the organization
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- Strong technical background (experience with Python, React, Postgres, AWS is a plus, but not required)
- Proven experience building and maintaining scalable, production-grade systems
- A product-focused mindset with a passion for solving real user problems
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
