Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end design, development, and operational support of core features.
- Collaborate with product, security, and AI teams to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Integrate AI and automation into engineering workflows, improving efficiency and delivering scalable solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of excellence, learning, and innovation.
Qualifications
- Good working experience in software engineering, with a strong record of delivering real‑world solutions. Financial services is a plus.
- Hands‑on technical leader capable of delivering rapid, scalable, and reusable frameworks.
- Proven experience taking products and solutions from concept to launch.
- Direct experience with digital assets, blockchain technologies, or related infrastructure is highly desirable.
- Strong technical literacy in data infrastructure, coding best practices, and AI technologies (LLMs, AI code assist, automation agents).
- Good working experience in Python, C#, or Java.
- Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively across cross‑functional teams and large‑scale programs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, translating business needs into AI‑enabled strategies and solutions with measurable impact.
- Computer Science/Engineering/STEM degree is highly desirable.
