TheOpportunity

Asseta is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to report to our Lead Software Engineer and Chief Technology Officer. You'll design and build the features at the heart of the Intelligent Family Office Suite™, owning meaningful product areas end-to-end. Working closely with product and implementation teams, you'll ship production software that directly shapes how clients manage their accounting and investment operations.

As a Senior Software Engineer, You Will

- Design, build, and ship features across the platform, from backend services to polished user-facing experiences \ N
- Own significant productareas end-to-end, scoping, implementation, testing, and delivery \ N
- Build and maintain integrations with banking and third-party systems \ N
- Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and participate actively in code review \ N
- Collaborate with product and implementation teams to turn family office workflows into reliable software \ N
- Contribute to architecture decisions and help continuously improve engineering practices \ N
- Help uphold high standards for security, performance, and data integrity across the platform \ N
Qualifications

- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production software \ N
- Strong full-stack skills, with proficiency in Python, modern API design, React, and TypeScript \ N
- Experience building scalable, cloud-native SaaS products, ideally on AWS \ N
- Solid understanding of databases, distributed systems, testing, and secure coding practices \ N
- Ability to work independently, own features end-to-end, and collaborate across functions \ N
- Excellent communicationand problem-solving skills \ N
- Experience in fintech, accounting software, or family office/wealth management is a plus \ N
Compensation and Benefits
