To support the development of mission-critical edge systems, the full-time Senior Software Engineer - Networking will design, implement, test, and document network software in LynxOS-178 RTOS, focusing on system security, performance, and interoperability in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Architect, design, and implement network protocols and services in an embedded environment Develop and maintain software for embedded systems, ensuring real-time performance and reliability Conduct thorough network performance analysis and optimization while troubleshooting low-level network and software issues Required qualifications: BS/MS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering 8+ years of relevant experience in software development and networking Proficiency in C Programming and BSD/POSIX sockets programming Experience with networking protocols such as TCP, UDP, IPv6, and IPSec Familiarity with at least one RTOS or Linux kernel space development
