Senior Software Engineer

Daily Responsibilities:

• Play a key role within the development team, contributing to the delivery of reliable, high-quality software products.
• Take full ownership of your work, driving projects from initial concept through successful completion.
• Partner closely with both technical and non-technical colleagues to ensure features and fixes are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
• Engage in architecture and design conversations, offering thoughtful input that enhances system scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Champion strong engineering practices, including thorough code reviews, comprehensive testing, clear documentation, and consistent adherence to code quality standards.

Work Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong proficiency (6+ years) in React, React Native, Next.js, Express, and Postgres, with a track record of building scalable, distributed systems and modern web applications.

Experience working with:

• Consumer-facing websites and mobile applications
• Amazon AWS
• Terraform, Go, Docker, and Bitbucket
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and dive deep into technical details when needed.
• Solid grasp of core software engineering principles and system architecture, with the ability to help refine product requirements and translate them into actionable tickets.
• A curious mindset and eagerness to continue growing your skills.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry or prior experience in health tech is a plus.
