Senior Software Engineer
As a Senior Software Engineer you’ll drive our technology vision forward and push the boundaries of innovation with cutting‑edge solutions. This role is about building impactful, high‑performance software, solving complex business challenges, and contributing from design to deployment. You will embrace continuous learning, mentor teammates, and support critical systems through occasional on‑call and release deployments.
- Build scalable, secure applications within a collaborative Scrum team.
- Improve code quality, team productivity and technical practices.
- Translate user stories into clean code and document technical specifications.
- Mentor teammates and promote best practices in coding, security and development processes.
- Support critical systems via occasional off‑hours on‑call rotations (every 3–4 months) and release deployments.
- Travel up to 15% for company events, workshops, and conferences.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience developing high‑volume, transactional SaaS web applications; strong expertise in T‑SQL, SQL Server performance tuning, and Agile methodologies.
- 3+ years of software development experience: C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, RESTful services, MS SQL Server/T‑SQL, Pub/Sub, object‑oriented design, Azure cloud solutions, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency with T‑SQL, LINQ, Dapper, Test‑Driven Development, automated unit testing, and business modeling using UML.
- Preferred: .NET 8.0+, ASP.NET Web API, real‑time financial systems, and UML use‑case modeling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Hybrid work: 25% of time required in Boston office.

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position’s compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin.
