We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, integration, and support of business-critical enterprise applications. This role is 80% hands-on development / 20% business analysis , focused on solutions built on the Microsoft technology stack , including Dynamics 365, .NET/C#, Azure, Dataverse, and Power Platform .
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications and integrations
- Build solutions using Dynamics 365, .NET Core/.NET Framework, C#, REST APIs, Azure services
- Develop and support Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Lead architecture discussions and promote development standards and best practices
- Support CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Git-based source control
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across projects
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards
- Participate in documentation, code reviews, system upgrades, and modernization initiatives
- Provide 24/7 production support as needed
Qualifications:
- 4-6+ years of enterprise software development experience
- Strong expertise with .NET, C#, SQL Server, REST APIs
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse development/admin
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, Service Bus preferred)
- Knowledge of Agile, SDLC, DevOps, source control, and CI/CD practices
- Experience integrating enterprise applications via APIs and cloud-based patterns
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience preferred
Compensation:
Up to $130,000 annually
Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications
