Overview
We are seeking Senior Software Engineers to lead the design and development of complex, scalable software systems. This role involves technical leadership, system architecture, and mentoring junior engineers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead design and development of software solutions and system architecture
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and strategies
- Guide and mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical direction
- Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and security
- Drive best practices in development, testing, and deployment
- Troubleshoot complex system‑level issues
Core Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- 7+ years of software development experience
- Strong proficiency in one or more languages (Java, Python, C++, etc.)
- Experience with system design and distributed systems
- Deep understanding of software architecture and best practices
Nice to Have
- Cloud architecture experience (AWS, Azure)
- Container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Experience leading projects or teams
Clearances Required
- TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

Compensation Spotlight
For this role, our typical salary range starts at $150,000 and stretches up to $270,000. We offer a competitive awards package, culture, and the opportunity to make a real impact.
