Unlike similar roles in the industry, the result of your work has the potential to impact the entire lifecycle of the workflows impacting people's lives in moments that matter.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAddress data security and availability of data as streamsManage the distribution of algorithms across cloud infrastructureImplement data science algorithms at scale with real-time performance benchmarking and iterative improvementCollaborate with designers to ensure responsive backend servicesLeverage leadership skills to develop reusable components and enable collaboration between research and production teamsRequired Skills7+ years experience as a software engineerExpert knowledge in Python and NodeJSExperience with Linux, DevOps (command line)Experience with containerized infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience managing projects with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar toolingStrong written and oral communication skillsDesired SkillsFamiliarity with relational and NoSQL databasesFamiliarity with cloud-based infrastructure: Azure and/or AWSFamiliarity with RF signal processingStrong mathematics background, particularly in linear algebraFamiliarity with regulated environments, such as sovereign cloudsTarget Base Salary Range: $180,000 USD - $200,000 USDConsistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
