As a member of Logistics Technology, you will build and support a diverse set of tools used for managing inventory, order fulfillment, and distribution center operations. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will create an enhance the tools that our colleagues use to support our customers, including our custom business management applications that support thousands of users daily across Sweetwater.You will operate fluently in an AI-augmented development environment while using AI coding assistants and agentic tools as a force multiplier while applying senior-level judgement about when to lean on them, when to override them, and how to verify their output.
