Senior Software EngineerSchneider is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Green Bay, WI to create solutions for business problems through the designing and programming of automated systems. The Software Engineer will provide senior-level support through analyzing, designing, developing and maintaining custom program code and applications that support business processes and functions.

Responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert in one or more specialties, working independently on complex work and projects, designing, coding, testing, debugging and implementing solutions for new system development, enhancements of existing systems and implementation of third-party products, performing complex tasks relating to the design and development of solutions requiring design patterns, performance considerations and supportability by others, supporting the resolution of deployment, warranty and post-warranty issues and defects and other domain-related design problems, working with other IT associates throughout the full software development life cycle, and coaching and leading less experienced IT associates.Skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field, minimum of four years of relevant IT experience, advanced in Java-based software development, strong functional and technical knowledge in Oracle Fusion modules (e.g., Financials, HCM), experience with data migration, transformation, and integration tools (e.g. Oracle Integration Cloud), experience on integrations between Oracle Fusion and other upstream/downstream systems, advanced knowledge of system design and development, development patterns, quality assurance and integration methodologies, embracing AI based software development practices for development productivity and in the solutions, understanding of business and IT strategies, architectural standards and software capabilities, and strong problem-solving skills.Pay and benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, company paid life insurance, 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid time off and paid holidays, results-based incentive pay program where you can earn above and beyond your base pay, and tuition reimbursement.
