We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to build scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications that improve patient outcomes. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end systems.
You'll also help shape the technical roadmap and ensure the platform meets healthcare compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy high-quality full stack applications (front-end + back-end)Write clean, maintainable, and efficient codeCollaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA, operations) to deliver new featuresMentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharingParticipate in architectural decisions and technical roadmap planningEnsure applications are secure, performant, and compliant with healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA)Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systemsContribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation effortsRequired Qualifications5+ years of professional full stack software development experienceStrong front-end skills with React, Angular, or Vue.jsStrong back-end experience with Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Ruby on Rails, or Java/Spring BootExperience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integrationFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Experience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceStrong problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, scalable codePreferred QualificationsExperience in healthcare, digital health, or regulated SaaS environmentsKnowledge of HIPAA and data security best practicesExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, automated testing, and DevOps practicesMaster's degree in Computer Science or related field (a plus)
