- Serve as the primary on-site software engineering representative supporting Unified Video (UV)
- Troubleshoot software, infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues directly within operational environments
- Develop site-specific software enhancements, automation scripts, utilities, and custom integrations to meet customer mission requirements
- Support Kubernetes-based deployments, containerized applications, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Assist with software installation, upgrades, configuration management, and release deployments
- Collaborate with engineering, DevSecOps, operations, and customer personnel to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain automation using Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, or similar scripting technologies
- Perform root cause analysis for software and system issues and recommend long-term corrective actions
- Document operational procedures, engineering solutions, and customer-specific configurations
- Support system demonstrations, customer testing events, and field integration activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering or DevOps experience
- Active Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain and maintain Top-Secret Security Clearance
- Experience developing software using modern programming languages such as Python, Node.js, JavaScript, Java, or C++
- Experience administering Linux systems and working with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong troubleshooting skills across software, infrastructure, networking, and deployment environments.
