Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong Java/Spring Boot and Python development skills
- Experience with REST APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines
- Knowledge of OAuth, webhooks, JSON, CSV, and SFTP
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor)
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
Preferred
- Conversational AI, Voice AI, or telephony platforms (Twilio, Genesys, Five9)
- LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development
- LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI frameworks
- Solutions engineering or professional services experience
- Startup or high-growth environment experience

- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in the Loop, Chicago, IL
