This is an opportunity to join a lean engineering team, work directly with the founders, and help shape both the product and technical architecture.
A high-ownership, hands-on position spanning backend engineering, frontend development, APIs, and AI-powered applications.
You'll build and scale production systems, develop interactive product interfaces, optimize data infrastructure, and influence technical decisions as the company grows.
4+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
Strong backend development skills with Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js
Solid SQL skills, including query optimization and data modeling
Frontend experience with React and TypeScript
Practical experience with LLMs and AI-assisted development tools
Strong ownership, architectural judgment, and experience shipping production software end-to-end
Early-stage equity with long-term upside Location: NYC hybrid — in-office Monday–Wednesday.
Compensation: $180K–$220K base + bonus + equity.
