We’re partnering with an early-stage fintech company building next-generation enterprise software that transforms complex, data-intensive workflows into actionable insights. This is an opportunity to join a lean engineering team, work directly with the founders, and help shape both the product and technical architecture.
The Role
A high-ownership, hands-on position spanning backend engineering, frontend development, APIs, and AI-powered applications.
You’ll build and scale production systems, develop interactive product interfaces, optimize data infrastructure, and influence technical decisions as the company grows.
What They’re Looking For
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Strong backend development skills with Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js
- Solid SQL skills, including query optimization and data modeling
- Frontend experience with React and TypeScript
- Practical experience with LLMs and AI-assisted development tools
- Strong ownership, architectural judgment, and experience shipping production software end-to-end
