Here, you'll do more than join something — you'll add something.A strong Senior Engineer with experience in tech transformation, operating model set up, and experience in designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of AI automation solutions that streamline business processes using artificial intelligence (AI), workflow orchestration, and process automation.
Key duties include:Tailored Implementation: Customizing Automation solutions - Gen AI, Process Automation platforms to function effectively in the business function's unique environment.Technical Troubleshooting: Solving complex technical blockers and debugging issues during deployment, acting as a liaison between business function needs and the product engineering team.Technology & Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies, such as AI/ML, IoT, and cloud computing, to drive continuous improvement in efficiency and reliability.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a technical thought leader, influencing C-suite decision-making through data-driven insights and executive storytelling.Business Function Embedding: Working alongside business functions to deeply understand their workflows and pain points.AI/System Integration: Deploying and operationalizing AI agents and complex data models within production environments.Matrix Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional global teams (engineering, IT, operations) and steer vendor performance to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and safely.Product Development: Feeding customer insights back to the internal development team to improve the core platform.Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
