• Lead complex projects from start to finish across the Core Platform.
• Collaborate with your team to break down epics into actionable milestones.
• Mentor and coach teammates to elevate code quality and delivery.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years developing scalable software and 5+ years with Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with Linux, Postgres, and external APIs.
