Are you a technical leader who loves solving complex problems and mentoring the next generation of engineers? Our client, a leading organization with a robust enterprise platform, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to help architect, build, and scale mission-critical software.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on ownership — leading technical decisions, driving best practices, and becoming the go-to expert for a flagship application used across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions
- Lead technical discovery sessions and provide delivery estimates
- Own technical decisions and align Engineering, Product, and QA teams
- Review code and uphold high engineering standards
- Mentor engineers and serve as an escalation point for technical blockers
- Champion best practices and consistency across the team
- Build secure, maintainable software from concept to production
- Troubleshoot, upgrade, and support existing applications
- Maintain technical documentation and stay current on emerging tech
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years in a Technical Lead, Staff Engineer, or similar leadership role
- Advanced skills in JavaScript, React, C#, .NET, and SQL
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, SSMS)
- Understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, unit testing, and Visual Studio
- Experience building/consuming REST APIs and microservices
- Demonstrated use of AI-assisted engineering tools to boost productivity
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Nice-to-Have
- TypeScript experience
- Experience designing scalable application architecture
- Proven mentorship and technical leadership track record
