Senior Software EngineerWe are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in system and software design to join our team. This is a full-stack role with a strong emphasis on backend development using C# and .NET, and a focus on distributed systems architecture. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in ownership-driven environments and is passionate about building scalable, resilient systems.Role Objectives:Contribute to the design and development of complex software systems that support various aspects of trade lifecycle processingImplement distributed computing solutions using messaging technologiesBuild on top of C# MassTransit framework to ensure system reliability and consistencyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environmentOwn projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoringContribute to system design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring junior engineersTech Stack:Languages & Frameworks: C#,.NET (Core and Framework), ASP.NET, ReactMessaging & Orchestration: C# MassTransit, RabbitMQ, KafkaArchitecture: Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Distributed SystemsTools: Git, CI/CD pipelines, Nomad, MongoDBQualifications and Skills:7+ years of professional software development experienceProven experience designing and building distributed systemsStrong understanding of messaging patterns, sagas, and transactional consistencyExperience with full-stack development (React, Angular, or similar is a plus)Familiarity with financial derivatives or trade processing systems is a strong plusExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of projects
