Senior Software EngineerBuild software that powers precision motion. What You'll Do As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing and developing software that supports and enhances our advanced motion control products.Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance software applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams—including hardware, applications, and other software engineers—to define and deliver robust solutionsWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code aligned with best practicesTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize software for performance and reliabilityParticipate in code reviews and help elevate engineering standards across the teamCreate and maintain clear technical documentationStay current with emerging technologies and bring fresh ideas to the tableContribute to continuous improvement of development processes and toolsWhat You Bring We're looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with curiosity and a drive to build great software.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field5+ years of hands-on experience with JavaStrong foundation in software engineering principles and best practicesProficiency in one or more languages: Java, C++, C#, or PythonExperience with development tools such as Git, Jira, SVN, Visual Studio, or NetBeansFamiliarity with both front-end and back-end development conceptsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExcellent communication skillsNice To Have Experience with motion control technologies (BLDC motors, stepper motors, servo systems) Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements for motion control productsWhy Join Us?
