Senior Software Engineer

The Fidelity Brokerage Technology Group has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer with automation experience to join our dynamic team. You will be part of a team that is key to helping drive the strategy and delivery of workflow integration points both internal and external applications as well as client-facing services. You will actively participate in technology transformation initiatives to incorporate the newest technologies and improve product offerings. You’ll be joining a team that highly values collaboration, has the freedom to be creative, and encourages each other toward excellence. Must Haves:

• Experience with Java and Spring/SpringBoot
• Experience with automated testing with Cucumber Serenity, or similar tools
• Experience with REST web services
• Experience using Git for source control
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.

Strongly Recommended:

• Proficiency with Angular/TypeScript
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Knowledge in creating mock services to use microservice
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Haves:

• Knowledge of web security attack methods and measures to defend against them
• Experience with front-end and mid-tier software development
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
• Knowledge of Docker containerization
• Knowledge of Jenkins and Jenkins pipeline construction
• Knowledge of AWS cloud deployment/application management
• Experience working with Artifactory, Veracode, Sonar, ServiceNow
