Required Skills
✅ Strong experience in Java Full Stack Development
✅ Extensive software engineering / full-stack development experience
✅ Experience building scalable applications, REST APIs, distributed systems & cloud-native services
✅ Strong DevOps, CI/CD & deployment automation – Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar
✅ Cloud platforms – AWS and/or Azure
✅ Docker, Kubernetes & Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
✅ Experience developing reusable frameworks, internal platforms, libraries and developer tools
✅ API management, API gateways, secrets management and infrastructure tooling
✅ Strong understanding of platform engineering and modern SDLC practices
✅ Interest in AI-assisted engineering and workflow automation
✅ Technical leadership, problem-solving and cross-team collaboration
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Key Responsibilities
Improve CI/CD platforms, deployment pipelines and engineering practices
Build reusable frameworks, internal platforms and developer productivity tools
Drive modernization through cloud-native technologies, automation and AI-assisted engineering
Develop scalable applications, APIs, services and enterprise platform capabilities
Collaborate with engineering, product, platform and architecture teams
Improve scalability, resilience, security and maintainability
Identify process inefficiencies and improve SDLC/PDLC effectiveness
Support DevOps, IaC and operational excellence initiatives
Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices
Evaluate emerging technologies to improve engineering productivity
