Perform as one of the Applications Developer/Analyst. Primary responsibility is for project support and for the support of the city’s business applications which include maintenance activities of business applications such as upgrade initiatives; development of apps, reports and interfaces; user support and application testing activities.

College degree preferably in the fields of Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

Must have at least three years hands-on coding experience using SQL

Must have at least three years work experience as an applications developer using C#, .NET platform

Must have at least three years work experience in using Linux platform

Must have at least two years work experience developing reports using any reporting tool such as Power BI, Crystal Reports, Cognis, etc.

Must have at least two years work experience using container/platform such as Docker, Podman, etc.

Must have at least two years experience in java development, CI/CD and containerization

Must have good problem solving, troubleshooting/issue resolution, organization/planning skills.

Knowledgeable with any relational databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.

Must have the ability to multi-task and provide off-hours support for production related business applications issues/incidents and/or technical environment support.

Must have excellent verbal communications, interpersonal skills and documentation skills.

Must have the ability to learn quickly and adapt to multi-platform technical environment.
