Responsibilities
- Owning and accelerating AI engineering for the GTM organization as a strategic capability
- Acting as the technical bridge between GTM, GTM Systems, Product, Development, and IT
- Building LLM and agent-powered workflows directly into Salesforce and adjacent systems
- Leveraging Glean agents in Salesforce and other LLM platforms to automate manual tasks and unlock new capabilities within GTM
- Translating business problems into clear technical designs – patterns, diagrams, error handling
- Implementing secure integrations between GTM and AI platforms – following security patterns
- Working on high-visibility solutions from discovery to rollout
- Standardize how GTM builds AI solutions – shared libraries, reusable flows, documentation
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, building production systems
- Strong experience with Salesforce (Apex, Flows, Platform Integrations)
- Experience with HubSpot, Gainsight, Planhat, Everstage, Zuora, or Chili Piper is preferred
- Practical experience implementing NLP, LLMs, and AI agents (Glean, OpenAI)
- Familiarity with AI workflow and orchestration patterns
- Experience designing and building automations and data workflows
- Ability to work cross-functionally with RevOps, sales, customer success, and marketing teams
