Senior Software Engineer (AI Enablement)

Location: Peachtree Corners, GA 30092 | Hybrid Remote: In the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Responsibilities

• Owning and accelerating AI engineering for the GTM organization as a strategic capability
• Acting as the technical bridge between GTM, GTM Systems, Product, Development, and IT
• Building LLM and agent-powered workflows directly into Salesforce and adjacent systems
• Leveraging Glean agents in Salesforce and other LLM platforms to automate manual tasks and unlock new capabilities within GTM
• Translating business problems into clear technical designs – patterns, diagrams, error handling
• Implementing secure integrations between GTM and AI platforms – following security patterns
• Working on high-visibility solutions from discovery to rollout
• Standardize how GTM builds AI solutions – shared libraries, reusable flows, documentation

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, building production systems
• Strong experience with Salesforce (Apex, Flows, Platform Integrations)
• Experience with HubSpot, Gainsight, Planhat, Everstage, Zuora, or Chili Piper is preferred
• Practical experience implementing NLP, LLMs, and AI agents (Glean, OpenAI)
• Familiarity with AI workflow and orchestration patterns
• Experience designing and building automations and data workflows
• Ability to work cross-functionally with RevOps, sales, customer success, and marketing teams
