What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and ship major features end-to-end (E2E)
- Take a leading role in developing AI agents and the systems around them
- Drive technical decisions to evolve the product and scale the platform
- Architect reliable, scalable systems (Python backend)
- Work closely with product, design, and go-to-market teams
- Bring clarity, structure, and energy to the day-to-day
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Proven ability to understand complex technical and product problems, break them down, and build end-to-end solutions
- Production experience building and operating AI agents or agent-based systems
- Strong backend fundamentals (Python, cloud-native, distributed systems)
- Sharp systems thinker with a bias for simplicity and clarity
- Bias for action, strong sense of ownership, and accountability
- Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in English
Nice to Have
- Experience in the cybersecurity domain
- Experience building security or AI-driven products
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
