Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build and maintain new Ads products and infrastructure from backend to frontend, collaborating with Revenue Infrastructure, Core Tech, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
• Partner with engineering, product, and cross-functional leadership to design, develop and scale advertising features that drive revenue growth and user engagement.
• Architect simple and maintainable systems that enable fast launches while sustaining a high product and technical quality bar.
• Model strong ownership and introduce coding and operational best practices to the team.
• Own projects end to end — refine requirements, create technical designs, implement changes, and see projects through launch and maintenance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• A focus on impact and close collaboration with product managers, designers, analysts, and engineers
• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to operate autonomously
• A growth mindset that challenges yourself and others to continuously improve
• A love of mentorship, including guidance on system architecture, API design, data modeling, and tradeoffs

Salary: $196,000–$245,000 per year
