As a Senior Software Engineer at CTGT, Inc., you will own the architectural evolution of a high-performance governance platform. You’ll design core services, manage distributed systems tradeoffs, and work across the stack to ensure AI workflows are correct, fast, and auditable for Fortune 500 clients in high-stakes industries like finance and healthcare.

What You Will Do

• Design and build core services that determine how the CTGT, Inc. platform decomposes and manages state under concurrent enterprise load.
• Architect internal APIs and abstractions that balance critical tradeoffs across accuracy, consistency, availability, and low-latency performance.
• Develop end-to-end solutions from data models to product surfaces, ensuring the Policy Engine stays reliable as the platform expands into new environments.

The ideal candidate

• Deep experience building non-trivial distributed systems with a proven track record of making architectural choices that scale and age well in production.
• Full-stack proficiency across Python, Rust, or TypeScript, with a strong grasp of the engineering fundamentals required to build complex systems correctly the first time.
• Strong technical opinions on software design and the ability to navigate complex tradeoffs between research-level AI capabilities and production-ready engineering requirements.
