The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer to build scalable data and ML-driven systems while working closely with quantitative researchers and leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Build scalable data ingestion and processing pipelines
- Develop ML-driven financial modeling and analytics tools
- Design and optimize high-performance systems
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers and leadership
- Integrate with fintech platforms and financial institutions
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Self-directed and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience mentoring engineers is a plus
- Fintech or financial modeling experience is a plus
- $160,000–$250,000 USD base + performance bonus
