This role is responsible for product research, programming, interface design, testing, and quality control across multiple media formats including web-based training, SharePoint solutions, websites, multimedia applications, video production, and print products. This position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience supporting enterprise software and multimedia development initiatives.Responsibilities:Support full lifecycle development of web and multimedia training productsPerform product research, programming, and authoringDesign and implement user interfacesConduct testing and quality control activitiesDevelop web-based training and SharePoint solutionsSupport multimedia and video-based training productsDevelop and maintain websites and applicationsConfigure enterprise authentication and access control solutionsDevelop automation and orchestration for IAM servicesSupport enterprise security and auditing toolsMaintain documentation and development standardsRequired Skills:Demonstrated expertise with AWS infrastructure security and access controlsDemonstrated expertise adapting equipment and technology to serve user needs and technology design.Ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals to teach navigation of Github, Linux-based OS, and AWS and use services, such as S3 and EC2.Demonstrated understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and debugging.A bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, or Computer Engineering with ten (10) years of experience executing software development activities.
