ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIRED. Translate real‑world user workflows into actionable technical requirements while managing system monitoring tools. Bring your analytical drive to a team that makes an impact. In this role you will be the vital link connecting our users, the DevOps team, and leadership. From mapping complex dataflows to assisting with sprint activities and system health monitoring, your work will directly ensure our solutions meet and exceed customer needs.
The annual base salary range for this role is $142,000–$168,000 (USD). Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
Required Skills
- User Engagement & Outreach: Experience actively conducting outreach to service desk users to clarify reported issues and ensure final solutions fully meet customer needs.
- System & Architecture Documentation: Ability to document front‑end user operations to assist in test plan development, and to map out dataflows, workflows, and complex system architectures.
- System Monitoring: Experience assisting with monitoring system health and status tools during duty hours.
- Agile/Sprint Support: Proven ability to assist team leads with sprint activities, including planning, ticket maintenance, retrospectives, and drafting release notes.
- Reporting & Risk Mitigation: Experience assisting leadership with weekly status reporting and identifying project risks and mitigations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field) is preferred, or equivalent professional experience with 7 years of experience, or 11 years of relevant experience.
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with updating and maintaining system health and status tools alongside DevOps teams.
- Strong communication skills with a knack for translating user feedback into technical requirements.
- Experience working with team leads to maintain and update architecture documentation based on work‑in‑progress impacts.
