Senior Social Worker
The Senior Social Worker is assigned to the Social Work Service with various responsibilities to provide social work services to adult and geriatric veterans receiving care, as well as provide open access to veterans seeking these services and timely response to individuals in psychosocial crisis in settings and programs such as Patient Aligned Care Team in CBOCs, Emergency Department, Home Based Primary Care, and Integrative Chronic Pain Program.
