Owning the organic social strategy across multiple platforms, the full-time Senior Social Strategist will drive audience engagement and growth while developing content that resonates with users in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Develop and manage organic social strategies across various platforms, translating them into a content calendar Drive follower and engagement growth by fostering genuine conversations with the audience and leveraging community insights Oversee creator and influencer programs, ensuring effective sourcing, briefing, and measurement processes are in place Required qualifications 5-8 years of experience in organic social strategy with hands-on ownership across multiple channels Proven track record of growing social audiences for consumer-facing brands through organic engagement Deep platform fluency across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and others, with experience in creating native content Experience running creator or influencer programs, including sourcing and measurement Strong creative instincts with the ability to concept, write, and execute content independently
