Qualifications
* Experience: 1 to 3+ years working in an electronics manufacturing environment with direct SMT or Juki machine experience.
* Technical Knowledge: Ability to identify electronic components, read assembly drawings, and understand feeder sizes or pitches.
* Certifications: IPC-A-610 standards knowledge or certification is often preferred.
* Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift light-to-moderate weights (10-30 lbs).
* Must be a US Citizen, Permanent US Resident, or currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without current or future employment sponsorship
* Post offer applicants must pass a drug screen
Responsibilities
* Machine Operation: Run and monitor Juki SMT pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and automated optical inspection (AOI) systems.
* Setup and Changeovers: Load feeders with electronic parts using setup sheets, bills of materials (BOMs), and production documentation.
* Quality Control: Inspect assembled circuit boards for missing, crooked, or misaligned parts, and clear minor machine jams or alignment errors.
* Documentation: Complete batch logs, production records, and inventory verification accurately.
