A global automation provider is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead high-value, technically complex warehouse automation installations across the USA.
This role carries full ownership of large-scale projects ($20M+) during the on-site phase, with significant responsibility across safety, schedule, commercial alignment, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex $20M+ automation installations
- Oversee multiple subcontract packages and startup teams
- Drive schedule, risk mitigation, and escalation management
- Act as primary customer interface during installation and commissioning
- Lead mass testing, integration, and final acceptance
- Align change orders and manage commercial impact
- Safety (OSHA compliance, site standards, vendor oversight)
Ideal Background
- Has 10+ years’ experience in automation, material handling, or industrial project delivery
- Has managed $20M+ system implementations
- Is confident leading subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams
- Understands commissioning, integration testing and system ramp-up
- Can operate independently at customer site level
- Is comfortable with 100% travel across the U.S.
