Senior Shareholder Litigation Counsel — Remote-First, Surges

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Counsel, Shareholder Litigation to lead the defense of high-stakes securities class actions and derivative suits. You will serve as the primary in-house contact, shaping strategy from pleadings through resolution and advising senior leadership and the board on litigation posture.

You will manage outside counsel, coordinate with corporate teams, and monitor evolving law to safeguard governance and disclosures. PSLRA expertise and Delaware experience are valued.
