To enhance the Technology Asset Management ecosystem, the full-time FLEX Senior ServiceNow Technology Analyst will manage the end-to-end architecture, design, and technical governance of ServiceNow capabilities for Software and Hardware Asset Management, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and integration with enterprise systems while working in a hybrid environment. Key Responsibilities Own the domain architecture and technical design for ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro within TAM Serve as the technical authority for ITAM domain architecture and integrations Design scalable solutions that support the full asset lifecycle and ensure alignment with CMDB standards Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing or architecting SAM Pro and/or HAM Pro Strong experience with CMDB architecture and CSDM Experience integrating endpoint management tools such as Intune or SCCM Working knowledge of software licensing models and hardware lifecycle management
