Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, implementation, and successful delivery of an enterprise ServiceNow platform. The consultant will manage implementation phases, stakeholder coordination, governance, testing, deployment, and platform maturity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the enterprise ServiceNow implementation and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
Coordinate business and technical teams, Product/Platform Owners, vendors, implementation partners, and stakeholders.
Manage scope, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and project deliverables.
Lead status meetings, executive reporting, governance, and decision-making.
Coordinate testing, training, deployment, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization.
Support ServiceNow capabilities including Incident Management, Service Request Management, Employee Center, ITSM, Case Management, CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, reporting/analytics, integrations, governance, and organizational change management.
Monitor project performance and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
Must-Have
Senior ServiceNow Project Management experience
Current PMP certification Mandatory
Enterprise ServiceNow implementation/project delivery experience
Strong project planning, stakeholder management, governance, risk/issue management, and executive communication skills.
