The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in NowAssist modules, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.DevelopmentConfiguration design and develop custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow-NowAssist platform. Configure agents, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations. Implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM as needed. Develop and maintain NowAssist ServiceNow APIs and integrations with third-party systems.Technical LeadershipProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define technical solutions.Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions. Provide support and training to users.Required QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
Experience of building custom NowAssist Agents Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (RESTSOAP APIs). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Familiarity with AgileScrum methodologies.
