We’re Hiring: Senior ServiceNow Discovery Developer / Support Engineer
Locations: Birmingham, AL, Knoxville, TN, Columbia SC, Lafayette, LA
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional with strong hands-on expertise in Discovery, CMDB, and cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, MID Servers, Discovery Patterns, Sensors, and Probes.
- Hands-on experience with IRE, CMDB relationships, and CMDB health.
- AWS cloud discovery experience; Azure and GCP exposure is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support skills.
- Working knowledge of Python scripting, integrations, and GitHub.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or ServiceNow AI tools.
- ServiceNow Discovery certification is mandatory.
