Driving organic growth, the full-time Senior SEO Manager will define and execute SEO strategies for Coursera's platform, enhancing visibility across search engines and emerging discovery platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Define and execute SEO and organic discovery strategies across web, AI search, and emerging platforms Prioritize and execute the SEO roadmap, driving impactful content, technical, and programmatic SEO initiatives Act as an SEO subject matter expert, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of best practices Required qualifications: 7+ years of experience managing SEO programs for large-scale websites or platforms Experience leading technical SEO initiatives in partnership with engineering teams Proficiency with SEO and data platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Google Analytics) for performance analysis Demonstrated history of influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving measurable impact through SEO initiatives
