Senior Semiconductor Account Director – Growth & Leadership

WGNSTAR is seeking a senior leadership role to own the Strategic OEM Customer Account and lead a team of Operations Managers across multiple sites. You will drive KPI reporting and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure performance and growth.

The position is full-time with office-based scheduling, offering $120k–$160k annually, DOE, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
