Anomali is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join the US Customer Success team. You will own the adoption lifecycle end-to-end, from onboarding through full production use, building strong relationships with analysts, directors, and CISOs.
You will monitor usage, provide technical guidance, create dashboards, and drive ROI & value while coordinating with Onboarding, Support, Engineering, and Sales to ensure customer success.
