Focused on offensive and defensive testing, the full-time remote Senior Security Engineer - Pentester will conduct penetration tests in a multi-cloud environment (AWS & GCP), review cloud configurations, and manage bug bounty submissions to ensure security vulnerabilities are identified and addressed swiftly. Key responsibilities Conduct deep-dive penetration tests across a multi-cloud environment, collaborating with peers Review IAM policies and cloud-native permission structures to ensure compliance with security baselines Triage findings and communicate risks to product teams, driving remediation efforts Required qualifications Deep architectural understanding of GCP and AWS, including manual configuration reviews Proven experience in auditing and hardening managed container services and self-hosted workloads Expert-level knowledge of web application security principles and offensive testing methodologies Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for automating vulnerability discovery and testing workflows Solid grasp of Terraform and cloud-native deployment patterns for auditing configurations
