1Password is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to lead our incident response and mature the Product Security incident lifecycle. You will partner with Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success to coordinate timely, secure responses across our platforms and infrastructure.
You will own playbooks, escalation, and communications for security incidents, leveraging AI-enabled tooling to accelerate detection and response, while mentoring engineers and ensuring robust post‑incident improvements.
