- Direct ownership of complex, high-stakes litigation
- Acting as a trusted advisor to a single, high-profile client
- Strategic leadership on matters involving significant reputational and financial risk
- Potential oversight and coordination of attorneys and teams nationwide
- Premises liability
- Negligent security
- General liability
- Active California Bar admission
- 8+ years of litigation experience
- Meaningful second-chair jury trial experience in high-exposure matters (first-chair experience welcomed)
- Experience handling high-profile or media-sensitive matters preferred
- Demonstrated leadership, case ownership, and/or project management experience
- Ability to serve in a client-facing, strategic advisory capacity
- Flexible structure: Remote, hybrid, or in-office
- Occasional in-person meetings in the firm’s downtown San Francisco office
