Role Description
This is a full-time, in-person role. You\'ll be responsible for:
- Securing our payment infrastructure and protecting customer financial data.
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and monitoring systems.
- Conducting security audits and implementing best practices across our codebase
- Collaborating with our CTO and contributing to backend development
- Participating in code reviews with a security-focused lens
As we grow, this role may evolve to include managing a small team.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or security engineering
- Strong understanding of application security, particularly in fintech or payments
- Experience with AWS, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code
- Familiarity with penetration testing, threat modeling, or security auditing
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with PCI-DSS compliance
