Senior Securities Counsel – IPO Readiness & Governance

Range Energy is seeking a Senior Corporate & Securities Counsel to guide the company through its next growth phase and build the legal infrastructure needed to operate as a public company.

Reporting to the General Counsel and Chief Strategy Officer, you will serve as the company’s primary in-house securities lawyer, working closely with executive leadership, the Board, Finance, outside counsel, auditors, and investor relations across the organization.
