$180K–$195K base + 20% bonus

Our client, a highly admired global manufacturer, is hiring a Senior Manager of External Reporting. You'll report to the Director of External Reporting and lead the 10-K/10-Q process, technical accounting and company-wide accounting policies. It's a true development seat with a clear path to bigger finance leadership roles.
What you'll do
- Manage preparation and review of SEC filings, earnings releases and the annual report with Investor Relations
- Lead implementation of new accounting standards and present quarterly updates to senior management and the Audit Committee
- Be the go-to technical accounting resource for business units worldwide
- Own key areas like impairment testing, lease accounting and the consolidated cash flow statement
- Act as liaison with internal and external auditors, and manage and develop a team
What you'll bring
- CPA and a degree in Accounting
- 11+ years of experience, including recent Big 4 public accounting
- Strong U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting knowledge
- Experience managing and developing people
