Senior SEC Reporting Leader - Hybrid NY

Marsh is seeking a Head of SEC Reporting to lead the SEC and external reporting deliverables from New York, NY. This hybrid role requires working in the office at least three days per week and focuses on accurate, timely filings and disclosures.

You will oversee Form 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K processes, manage the SEC calendar, and coordinate with auditors and cross-functional teams to improve quality and efficiency.
